In the last evening of Sunday, a disaster happened in our parish. An accident came at the worst possible time in their Septenario Ecuador, on the eve of the Passion Week. Maria de los Dolores was seen in the middle of an intense fire that soon some of these brothers of the Brotherhood in relief, thereby risking their physical well being. If it were not for the heroic and admirable performance, perhaps we would be talking about something much more serious. At this point, the sacred image is in a restoration shop in terminals.
I know the great pain that one suffers these days within the Brotherhood. From these lines I join this pain, because I have many friends Brethren of the Ancient and Venerable Brothers, and because it is the duty of all to pray that the Mother of God is as soon as possible in his parish with his son.
